Please return within 30 days of purchase and in new/unused condition. We will gladly refund you the cost of the item minus shipping. We are unable to refund shipping because that is a cost/service that has already been incurred.
Please exchange your garment within 30 days of purchase in new/unused condition. Let us know what you'd like in its place with a description / size of new item. We'll take care of the swap once it arrives at our shipping center. You'll be responsible for any additional cost difference for your new item or we'll issue a refund for the difference. Shipping will be added to the cost of the new purchase. The original shipping cost cannot be refunded as that is a cost/service that has already been incurred.
We are so sorry you got a dud! We do our best to catch any lapse in quality but this one slipped through the cracks. Send us photos of the damaged garment and we'll send you a shiny new one and pay for shipping.
Dock 'N Shop ships from the island of Maui so please allow extra transit time. It will arrive with extra aloha, I promise it will be worth the wait.
